By default we use a 3rd party email provider to send emails on your behalf.

Deliverability is 99.5% but occassionally you may get an "Email sent successfully" message in TP but the email might not actually be received by the target.

Solutions:

  • Ask the recepient to check their email spam/junk folder
  • Check your email logs - Click on your profile and select Email logs and filter for unsent messages. Check the detail to see what caused the error
  • If you're using your own email gateway then check with your ISP
